How to Create Blog Site for Free: Step 1

First, go to this site, blogger.com on Google. 

A screen like the above picture will appear before you. Go to the top right corner, as shown in the picture, and select the required e-mail address. 

Now, fill in a name where the word title is written and shown in the picture above. Select the name you will be given to your site, and then click on the next.

But keep in mind that this can be changed, once you have got the blogger account activated.

How to Create Blog Site for Free: Step 2

Now that you have chosen your appropriate title, you will have to get the domain for yourself. Now, you will get a subdomain for free, like, allrounderstsk.blogspot.com. Now you would be thinking that I want something like my_name.com! But, since we want to create professional things for free, we will settle for a my_name.blogspot.com domain.

Now comes the tricky part. You have to find such a domain name, which goes with your Title and doesn't match with any other domain name, created earlier. You will get the unique my_name.blogspot.com, and now, you can continue ahead! Click on the next after you fill-up the domain name in the blank, and there is no error shown.

Next screen that appears, re-enter the Blogger Title that you chose for yourself in the blank space. then, click on the Finish button.

Hurray! Your new Blogger blog is created now. 

Now, you will see a screen like this, after you complete your final step of making the site. Since there are no posts, you will not see any. Clear the two notifications that are on the screen. Now, let us move to the next step, and set up a theme for ourselves!

Now, let us set up a theme for our brand new website! Click on the Theme option; the seventh option in the left pane.

A screen like this will appear before you. You will see that a theme is already set up for you. But, this theme doesn't look good. So, we will select another theme for ourselves! Scroll down below, and choose the one for yourselves.

I selected the Notable Light theme for the blog. Now, click on apply. 

Yay! The theme is now active and your website will look great!

To visit your blog, enter the domain name that you registered. You can find the website on the web now!

Now, we will be doing some settings, which will improve your blog!

Now, we will set up the settings of our blog. Click on the Setting option; the eighth option in the left pane. 

A screen like this will appear before you. Now, do not panic after seeing so many settings. These are very simple to use, but are the key to the success of your blogger site!

Now, you will first need to set the blog description of your blog. Also, select the appropriate language for your blog. The description plays a key role in the SEO of your site. You need to choose the perfect description for your site! 

Now is the time to set up your favicon.

The favicon is the same icon that you see in the search results. This is very important for the reputation of you, as well as your site. Now, let us see how to set a favicon.

Now, click on the choose file option, and select the file for yourself. Click on save. Now, your Website even has a favicon!

The next thing you need to worry about is the time zone. It is pretty easy to set, and you can set it in the settings section. 

I am going here serially. So, do not skip any step, or scroll too much. Otherwise, you will lose the flow.

Now, you will need to set the meta description.

Now, you see the Meta tags option disabled. Enable the option, and the search description will unlock. Even the description is very important. You may fill this with the same description you had put in the first step.

Now, enable the custom robot header tags, below the robots.txt option. Now, you will need to do some settings there. 

For the Home and Page tags and Post and Page Tags, use this configuration:
